As an experienced payroll professional you will be responsible for overseeing the payrolls for the Group. Ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Additionally you will support the day to day activities of the Group, including all treasury activities and bank/cashbook reporting.

9.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Thurs
9.00am - 3.30pm Fri
Responsibilities
Monthly payroll submissions including review of vertime and additions
Bank account reconciliations, multiple accounts, multiple currencies and petty cash
Quarterly VAT returns
Processing of monthly credit card transactions
Monitor cashflow on a daily basis and analyse variances against forecast
Collate PSA data
Assist with month end close
Assisting with year-end audit
Provide absence cover for other members of the department
