The Client:
A leading provider of modular construction solutions in the UK, aiming to improve construction efficiency, reduce on-site labour, and enhance build quality through innovative off-site manufacturing techniques.
The Role:
To coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, monitoring and managing the CEO's email inbox and arranging any travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation etc.
To prepare agendas, documents, presentations and other materials for meetings attended or led by the CEO
To serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO.
Assist the CEO in managing various projects, providing research analysis and administrative support as required
The Successful Candidate:
Will have proven experience as an EA or similar role, support C-level executives
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What's on offer?
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Midlands or London based office
