Premier Work Support are recruiting Customer Service Hosts for North & South Terminals working for a long standing prestigious client.
This is a temporary position however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidates.
The successful candidates will be working in various lounges in Gatwick Airport and joining a friendly, professional and dedicated team. The ideal candidate would have experience working in customer service, hospitality or retail sectors.
Duties will include:
Provide professional cleaning services to ensure the lounge is presentable at all times.
Working at the reception desk taking bookings and orders.
Provide excellent customer service.
Replenish stock both in the lounge and behind the scenes.
Meet and greet passengers.
Comply with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times.
Working on the bar, reception.
Closing down the lounge.Hours:
Full time hours working on a rotational shift pattern of 4 on 2 off (2 early and 2 lates and 2 days off).
North Terminal:
Early shift: 03:30 - 13:00
Late shift: 12:30 - 22:00.Benefits:
