Based at our headquarters in Sunbury on Thames we are looking for someone to work as part of a small and fun accounts team:
Duties:
Processing purchase invoices coming into the office Processing Sub Contractor Invoices Monthly CIS Return Closing Purchase Ledger at month end Closing Sub Contractor ledger at month end Dealing with Hire Purchase Schedules Ad hoc payment processing Set up new Sub Contractors and ensuring we have all relevant documentation Maintaining Sub Contractor documentation Sub Contractor payment runs (weekly & monthly) Reconciling Sub Contractor Accounts Updating cashbook Internal Plant Journals Processing Stores Orders Monthly Accruals
Qualifications and Key skills:
GCSE Grade 4 or above (A-C) in English & Mathematics Good Problem Solving Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail
