Sales Support Administrator - 6 month secondment

Purpose of the job:
To support the Utilities Sales Team by handling administrative duties, coordinating sales-related activities, compiling sales reports and being responsible for administrative recordkeeping via our CRM system.
Key responsibilities:

Compile a suite of monthly sales reports and monitor sales efforts.

Assist KAM’s/CXM’s as required with Contract/Service set up and onboarding.

Be responsible for administrative recordkeeping via our CRM system.

Support CXM’s with the invoice validation process to ensure monthly reconciliation of Customer portfolio’s.

Receive and process purchase orders.

Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

Maintain and update sales and customer records.

Support the Utility Sales team with all administrative tasks

Provide support to your colleagues on complex queries by sharing skills and knowledge

Promote a culture of cross functional working to ensure our customers receive a high quality service and that both internal and external service levels are met

Assist in the resolution of customer complaints.

Knowledge:

Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Good level of experience and knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

Strong experience of using CRM systems, Excel, Outlook, and other MS packages
-
Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Sound commercial and financial awareness
