Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of pension audit and assurance clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Audit Planning and Execution: Plan, manage, and review audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of the business’s wider growth strategy, leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities for expansion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in pension audit and assurance, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Proven ability to manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office packages.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
