A Leading house builder who are renowned for building high quality homes are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Yorkshire.
The project is a new build housing site in Leeds.
Offering market leading training and a development programme to ensure you are able to progress to Site Manager within 2 years.
Job Duties:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
Monitor and report on project progress to the Site Manager
Manage site logistics and ensure materials are delivered on time
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence
Working Conditions:
Work on construction sites in various weather conditions
Regular interaction with subcontractors and project stakeholders
