Gurler Mae is proud to announce that we are searching for a Key Account Specialist on behalf of our client. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Specialist, you will have a drive and desire to learn and grow within a key account customer-focused environment. You will have the willingness to understand both processes and products to fulfill the role to the best of your ability. You will be a great team player with excellent customer-facing communication, ensuring the most efficient and effective support is delivered to our Key Account customers. All aspects of the role must align with our client's values, providing unrivaled customer experience and professional service. The position requires high levels of self-motivation and organisation and must be performed with integrity and dedication.
Responsibilities
● Client Relationship Support
○ Serve as the main point of contact for key account customers.
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel.
○ Workalongside the sales account management team to deliver unrivaled customer experience.
● Email &Telephone Support
○ Support the wider team to ensure all email & telephone calls (internal & external) are replied to and answered within specified KPI’s.
○ Ensure all customers receive the best possible service.
● Coordination
○ Workwith the Customer Success Team to coordinate the engineering team for timely and efficient scheduling.
○ Ensure compliance with industry response times and internal KPI’s.
● Administration
○ Meetday-to-day administrative tasks KPI's including job sheets reviewing, actioning, closing, and invoicing.
● External Systems Management
○ Learn, understand, and become proficient in third-party software used by Key Account customers.
○ Review and manage tasks using Fixflow, Dwellant, Pronett & Service Channel daily.
● Internal Systems Management
○ Learn and understand the internal CRM system, Simpro, to fulfill all functions of the role.
