Great opportunity for a Lifecycle Marketer, marketing graduate, to join the UK Marketing team of this global FinTech company based in stunning offices in central London. You will play a critical role in driving existing customer growth and retention of customers within the small and medium sized business marketplace. 12 month contract, with likely extension after this.
You should be a marketing graduate with around 3 to 5 years experience in account based marketing, upsell and retention programmes and marketing automation tools, including SALESFORCE.
Responsibilities:

Team up with the UK marketing lead and sales team to build and develop the existing customer growth strategy

Build and execute the account based marketing strategy and plan to deliver commercial results, covering both large firm and small practice/bookkeepers

Drive marketing campaigns including product education, product launch roll-outs, offer promotions and advocacy activations

Utilise a range of channels and formats including email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social, events and sales enablement.

Be responsible for drafting a range of content for lifecycle comms.
