My client is looking for a strong administrator with great attention to detail to join them as a
Despatch Coordinator. As a Despatch Coordinator you will be working in the Despatch Department ensuring all products go out on time and correctly. It is crucial to ensure all goods in and out are processed to meet the company standard and customer expectations.
Despatch Coordinator Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect paperwork against product label
Provide a double checking service for colleague
Once all products have been checked and packaged correctly take products through to despatch
Allocating despatch method to each order
Packing orders for both UK and Export.
Monthly and annual stock take of all stock items
To ensure all products are completion checked and labelled
To reject and highlight non-conforming products.
Distribution Assistant Person Specification:
High level in attention to details
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support
