The appointed candidate will be joining a dynamic commercial property practice, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of commercial matters while honing their expertise and advancing their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clear and high-quality legal advice on a range of commercial property matters.
- Contributing to the practice's growth by promoting the firm to both existing and prospective clients.
- Managing your own caseload, collaborating closely with partners and other departments on related matters.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience from a well-regarded firm.
- Expertise in landlord and tenant matters, property sales and purchases, property restructuring and reorganization, and asset management.
Clientele:
Your clients will include private and commercial investors, mixed-use developers, institutional landlords, corporate tenants, asset managers, and other commercial clients.
