The HR Business Partner role
Reporting to the Industrial Operations Director and Senior HR Business Partner, this role is site-based at Bridgewater, Somerset and part of Project Management Team.
The purpose of the role is to secure approval to a progressive People Plan, aligned to the project's strategic and operational objectives, that ensures that we create a high-performance culture with the right people with the right skills in place at the right time. You'll act as the key project interface with all other SRM/People services

Your Profile
HR Graduate or equivalent qualification
Prior Construction experience is ideally required.
Full CIPD membership
Evidence of ongoing professional development including psychometric assessment
Proven track record in delivering site-based HR business partnering on high-profile construction projects
Demonstrable competence across full HR lifecycle
Ability to provide full contribution to Project Management Team
Excellent team facilitation skills
Up to date knowledge of current and emerging employment law
Demonstrable commercial acumen
