Sales Executive, Ringwood, Full-Time, £26k (OTE £35k)
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to join a B2B office-based sales team. Your primary objective will be to build a profitable sales area by canvassing for new business and developing these accounts. Initially, your role will focus on lead generation and business development, transitioning into account management as your area grows.

Commission: Excellent uncapped commission structure (OTE can exceed £35,000 based on performance)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5 hours per week, including a one-hour lunch break and additional breaks mid-morning and afternoon)

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Canvass for new business opportunities
Develop and nurture new accounts
Transition from lead generation to account management
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience required of a Sales Executive:
Excellent telephone manner
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good team player with the ability to work independently
Self-motivated and proactive
