Internal Salesperson**
Location: Troon
STEM Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for an Internal Salesperson with a leading UK manufacturer. Our client is a dynamic, innovative organization within the Green Tech industry, supplying a variety of products to the construction, pallet wood, and fencing industries, as well as wood pellet fuel and renewable electricity.
Responsibilities:

Manage accounts and drive both repeat and new business sales over the phone to an established customer base.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.

Utilise ERP systems for order processing (advantageous but not essential).

Record all relevant market information into the CRM system.

Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.

Resolve customer queries and issues.

Perform general day-to-day office administration tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:

Enthusiasm, energy, and a strong desire to sell and develop a long-term career.

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent attention to detail.

Flexibility to travel to different plants as required.
