Our client, a leading energy company committed to sustainable and innovative solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Campaign Manager specialising in Brand Activation to join their in-house Brand and Marketing team. In this role, your key performance indicators will focus on enhancing brand engagement, increasing awareness, and fostering customer interaction across all touchpoints. You will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative brand activation campaigns that resonate with their target audience and deliver measurable outcomes.
It is initially a four-month contract with potential to be extended. The role is Hybrid, with two days a week being based in their London office and occasional travel to their Nottingham site. It is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.
Accountabilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive brand activation campaigns that align with business goals and brand positioning. This involves everything from concept development to implementation across multiple channels, such as experiential events, pop-ups, sponsorships, retail activations, and digital/virtual platforms.
Regulatory Compliance: Develop creative yet compliant messaging and experiences, working closely with legal teams to ensure all activations meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborative Implementation: Partner with internal creative teams and external vendors to realize activation concepts. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from briefing to final execution.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns, using data-driven insights to enhance current and future initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for all brand activation activities, ensuring efficient use of resources without sacrificing quality.
Brand Stewardship: Advocate for the brand across all activations, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing brand activation campaigns that boost engagement and foster brand loyalty.
Advanced project management capabilities, adept at overseeing multiple campaigns concurrently.
Proficient in budget management and coordination with external vendors and media partners.
Skilled at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively, with a history of successful cross-functional teamwork.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality results.
