How will you fit in to the team?
You will be part of the Support and Supervision Team, which will involve supporting approved Foster Carers to effectively care for children and young people, enabling them to achieve their individual potential.
You will also be responsible for ensuring continuous professional development of Foster Carers through ongoing support, supervision, monitoring and review.
You will have the chance to establish close and meaningful relationships with foster carers, children and young people, to be creative and passionate about our service goals and aspirations. You will contribute to high quality service delivery, further develop strong partnerships and cross service working and innovate and build on the good practice that is already in place.
There will also be placement duty responsibilities and participation in the Out of Hours Service.
