Great opportunity to work as an Administrator for our clients leading global supplier of educational resources.
Staffline is recruiting for a Goods-In Administrator in Netherfield, Nottingham.
The rate of pay for the first 12 weeks is £11.44 per hour and after 12 weeks £11.94 per hour.
Overtime is available at this site after working over 37.5 hours, Saturdays paid at £15 per hour and Sundays are paid at £20 per hour.
You will work Monday to Friday, the hours of work are 8am to 4pm.
Your Time at Work
As a Goods-In Administrator, your duties include:
- Processing of delivery appointment requests via email and telephone
- Delivery scheduling (including liaising with our inbound freight forwarders)
- Query handling (reporting of stock discrepancies, product issues, etc.)
- Inputting data into the Warehouse Management System and interrogating the ERP (SAP) system as required (training is given)
- General administrative office tasks, including document archiving
- Keeping the working area and surrounding environment clean and tidy to maximise housekeeping and to ensure safety
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure relevant department KPIs are achieved

Our perfect Goods-In Administrator will be confident, have a professional telephone manner with a good level of English and display clear and concise communication.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
