Finance Administrator
Nottingham
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (fully office-based)
Salary: £22 k - 35k doe
Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with an independent Financial Services firm in Nottingham that is expanding its team. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join this growing firm, where you'll provide essential support to Financial Advisers. Your role will include client liaison, processing letters of authority, managing pension switches, and handling various applications.
This is initally a temporary role with the oppurtunity of a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing client communications via phone and email
Processing Letters of Authority (LOAs)
Sending documents for electronic signatures
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Generating illustrations and producing valuation statements
Maintaining and updating electronic client files
Processing pension switches, ISA/Bond/Pension applications, and disinvestment requests
Collaborating closely with an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Opening and scanning mail
Welcoming clients to the officeSkills and Experience:
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving business needs
Experience in processing IFA investment business is desirable
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
