Head of B2C Marketing
The Head of B2C Marketing will be responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion with candidates and associates. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, who's willing to get stuck in with implementation as needed, with a proven track record in leading successful B2C marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and oversee the development and execution of comprehensive candidate marketing strategies to attract top talent across various channels, positioning our brands as a recruiter of choice.
Lead a team of B2C marketing professionals to create compelling and engaging content tailored for distinct brands and specialisation and directed at different candidate personas.
Build a plan to drive improvements in candidate experience across in-person and digital platforms, measuring for success.
Work closely with the B2C Data & Analytics Manager to utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and improve candidate acquisition and retention rates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruiters and hiring managers, to align marketing efforts with candidate/associate application/placement goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in candidate marketing and recruitment to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Manage budget allocation and resource planning to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure the success of candidate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and job boards, to maximise the reach and impact of marketing efforts.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our clients/our reputation as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
Work closely with the global and UK marketing team to develop and leverage global and local B2C campaigns to best effect for the UK market.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Qualifications in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Business (desirable not essential)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behaviour.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
