Our client is a leading software solutions company operating within a global marketplace. They are now seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in their London offices.
Responsibilities

You will help drive customer growth and retention of existing clients(B2B) working in close partnership with sales teams.

Build and execute the account based marketing strategy and plan to deliver commercial results,

Drive marketing campaigns that include product education, product launch roll-outs and offer promotions

Be responsible for drafting a range of copy for lifecycle communications. Manage the creation and delivery of comms, and track results and learnings to inform future comms.

Run webinars using Go to Webinar.
Key skills:
-
Proven experience in driving lifecycle marketing initiatives and account based marketing campaigns in a B2B setting

knowledge of email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social, events and sales enablement.

Experience in content creation and management.

A strong partner for sales, working in lockstep to deliver ambitious performance goals

Knowledge of SalesForce ,CRM and marketing automation software

Experience working in software/tech would prove very useful.
