This role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with Post completion matters
Assisting fee earners in the completion of their work
Preparation of documents and correspondence
Screening incoming calls
Diary management
File administration and case management
Scanning and allocating incoming post
General office administration duties
Person specification
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working to deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative.
Post completion experience is desirable
