We are currently seeking a hard working Recruitment Consultant for our clients, fast growing Healthcare Service.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organisation. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, on boarding, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
You will be recruiting for all 4 services in their business, so excellent organision skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines is a must!
As the business grows there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to create their own recruitment team, ensuring progression for the right candidate.
DUTIES

Utilise recruitment platforms such as indeed to place adverts and source candidates

Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records

Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and regular updates

Utilise social media management tools to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates

Generate leads through various channels to expand the candidate pool

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions

Prepare reports for meetings

Ensure SAFER RECRUITMENT procedures are followed

Complete all on boarding inline with policy and Social care guidelines
SKILLS

Proficiency in recruitment software's

Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with clients and candidates
