The Senior Brand and Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of high-impact brand and media strategies designed to elevate brand authority, awareness, and consideration across trade and end-user segments. This role demands strategic leadership to drive brand equity and shift brand perceptions, translating into increased footfall and depot leads
This is a 12 month FTC based from onsite at least 3 days per week at our office in Raunds, Northampton

What will I be doing?
Lead National Advertising: Develop and execute high-impact national advertising campaigns, emphasising radio planning and liner/connected TV brand response Ads to boost brand awareness and engagement on a large scale.
Channel Expertise: Oversee and optimise all brand channels, including PR strategies, point of sale (POS) materials, and local marketing efforts, ensuring each channel works harmoniously to support our brand objectives.
Insight-Driven Strategy: Brief and utilise market research and insights to inform and refine brand strategies, ensuring that campaigns are data-driven and resonate with our target audiences.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic sponsorships and partnerships, including collaborations with social media community partners, to enhance brand visibility and drive impactful engagement.
PR Strategy Mastery: Lead the development of a robust PR strategy that ensures ongoing media coverage, influencer and brand ambassador engagement, and positive brand perception across key markets.
POS Leadership: Guide the creation and implementation of impactful POS materials that resonate with our audience and drive footfall and leads.
Comprehensive Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that align with our brand’s vision and business goals.
Foster Growth and Development: Lead and mentor your team, nurturing their professional growth while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What we need from you:
National Advertising & Brand Campaign Expertise: A proven track record in national advertising, particularly in radio and TV planning and multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
Insight-Driven Decision-Making: Strong ability to leverage customer insights and data to inform brand strategy and optimise campaign effectiveness.
Strategic Vision: Strong brand management skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies across national and local channels, including PR, POS, and partnerships.
Leadership Excellence: Inspiring leadership capabilities with experience in managing high-performing teams and complex cross-functional projects.
Partnership Management: Expertise in managing relationships with key partners, sponsors, and social media and brand ambassadors/ influencers to drive brand objectives.
Innovative Mindset: Creative thinking and a data-driven approach to ensure continuous improvement and measurable success across all initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications: A CIM or Mini MBA qualification or similar would be the cherry on top, signalling your commitment to staying at the top of your marketing game.
