JOB ROLE: Scheduling Administrator
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy operations function.
As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling, planning, and quoting of jobs across the UK. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Allocate jobs to engineers based on location and availability.

Prepare and provide quotations for upcoming jobs.

Keep clients updated on the status of ongoing repairs and jobs.

Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls.

Plan and organize future maintenance work.

Address and resolve any inquiries related to repairs.
To apply for this role you will need:

Previous experience in administration, preferably in operations, planning, or scheduling.

A professional telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills.

The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
