Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be a fast growing professional services business as they look to recruit a Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager.
This is a new position, that has been created following recent PE investment, and a significant growth strategy for the next 3 years.
The main purpose of the role will be to have responsible for all month-end reporting for the business.
Key tasks will include:
Leading month-end processes, including:
- Posting of month end journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Producing monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow statements for group companies and consolidated group pack
- Variance analysis
- Setting up and maintaining nominal accounts and cost centres
- Franchise and partner practice reconciliation
Production and submission of quarterly VAT returns
Assistance with producing the monthly board pack
Production of rolling weekly cashflow forecast
Production of monthly payroll report
Supporting the external statutory and audit
Support budget holders in developing and maintaining budget and forecast models
Carrying out project work as and when required
Key skills:
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Advanced Excel
Experience of producing management or statutory accounts from a trial balance
Experience of external statutory audits
Financial modelling experience (desirable)
