This well-respected organisation located in the Farringdon area (EC1M) are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy department.
The Administrator will be on hand to assist the team with various administrative/customer service requirements; therefore, they will have an eye for detail (checking documents etc.), have great customer service skills (NOT retail) and have demonstrable recent experience of an administrative role of approx. 12-18 months experience.
Strong IT skills to include MS Office (Excel, Word essential), databases and Adobe to your advantage.
Clear communication abilities are a must as is confidence for speaking with people on the phone. You will comfortably work as part of a team taking direction easily and equally work well independently without supervision. A proactive, flexible “can do” approach is required.
This Administrator role is available immediately therefore ‘NO notice periods’ will be considered. Interviews can be arranged quickly for an ASAP start.
