The Requirements
Current experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
Willingness to undertake Customer Service Level 2 training (if not already completed)
Strong attendance record and punctuality
Positive working attitude and professionalism
Commitment to personal and team development
Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with staff and clients
The Responsibilities
Handle escalations professionally, knowing when to refer matters to your Manager.
Maintain a high level of personal performance and encourage your team to achieve their performance targets.
Train, coach, and lead your team to success, ensuring they meet individual and collective goals.
Oversee the broader Saturday team when required, ensuring smooth operations.
Attend operational client meetings as requested and represent your team effectively.
Ensure team members check in daily using the approval attendance portal.

Location: Burgess Hill
Full Time: Monday - Friday, alternate shift patterns of 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, working every 3rd Saturday (8:00am - 2:00pm) for which to be paid and a half
