About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Accommodation and Guest Services Manager, the administrator role will be responsible for providing administrative support across the department.
As part of this role, you will oversee all administration for the department. You will support the team with planning and monitoring of budgets, expenditure and assist in driving efficiencies where possible. You will be a key part in the welcome and organisation of new team into the department during their first 90 days and will ensure any team concerns are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. You will remain compliant to policies and procedures by ensuring all necessary company paperwork is completed in line with them.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion to succeed and deliver exceptional administrative support in a results driven environment. You will be detail orientated and thorough, with strong organisational and time management skills. You will be comfortable working under pressure and have strong communication skills to allow great relationships with team and leaders.
