We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team in London offering hybrid working. Reporting to the VP, Marketing strategy & operations you'll be responsible for:
- You will collaborate with EMEA Sales to understand core business and opportunities to accelerate pipeline and bring in new logos with data driven analysis.
- You will analyse data from various sources e.g. spend data, customer profile, web/app browsing behavior & evaluate performance of marketing campaigns.
- You will work with data science, demand generation teams to learn about customer segmentation strategies, and tailor campaigns to specific audience segments to drive incremental spend.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, data analysis.
- Expertise in aggregating and analyzing big data sets.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with integration work between data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Proficient in Media Attribution, Web Analytics, e-Commerce Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation tools, CDP, DMP, etc.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Working knowledge of Python, R and comparable statistical analysis tools.
- 3 years experience in data science to help drive experimental designs, hypothesis testing.
- Experience with the development and usage of in-house attribution or 3rd party models.
