Description
Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with established procedures
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Maintain customer trust relationships
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Regularly review the company's debt recovery procedures
Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales teamProfile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
Proficiency in MS Office and databases
Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
High levels of integrity and professionalismJob Offer
