Customer Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is customer-focused with proven experience in client issue resolution and problem-solving. You should possess strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, and have a confident, professional manner. Experience with CRM systems and handling inquiries efficiently is essential. The role requires someone who can effectively manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support smooth operations across our systems.
Customer Care Coordinator's Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and positively to customer inquiries via telephone or email, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

Accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders.

Coordinate with customers to confirm availability, pricing, shipping details, and other order-related information to ensure their needs are fully met.

Work closely with internal departments to address credit checks, stock availability, production lead times, and shipping arrangements.

Process credit card payments securely and issue proforma invoices as needed.

Calculate and communicate freight costs accurately.

Promptly communicate any order changes internally and externally, ensuring customers are kept fully informed about the status and progress of their orders.

Collaborate with UK and International Business Development Managers to support new business acquisition, expand existing accounts, and maximize profitability.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and information in the CRM system.

Ensure correct pricing and customer details are logged and updated in the ERP system.

Assist the team with various general administrative tasks.
