The perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role in bookkeeping. The successful candidate will join a friendly team undertaking bookkeeping on behalf of a range of clients. Duties will include:

Bookkeeping for a varied client base in a diverse range of industries

Sales and purchase ledger

Bank and credit card reconciliation

Credit control

Submission of VAT and CIS returns

Making supplier payments

Reconciling control accounts

Preparation of management accounts

Assisting clients with software including Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
Previous experience working within a bookkeeping bureau or firm of Accountants would be highly beneficial, but not essential. A strong knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage would also be useful, however training can be given on any of these as needed. The role will be circa 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility regarding how these hours are spread, to suit the right candidate
