The Job You’ll Do;

Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends and competitors alongside analysing data to determine market demand, customer needs and potential growth opportunities.

Staying updated on industry news, regulations, and advancements.

Prospecting and contacting potential and existing customers.

Following up on leads generated through various channels such as trade shows, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication, meetings, and site visits.

Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for customers.

Creating presentations and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of company products.

Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers to secure new business opportunities.

Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities and sales activities using bespoke software, monitoring progress against sales targets and objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.

Forecasting sales projections and preparing regular reports for management review.
About You;

Ideally from a technical sales background relating to engineering or heavy industry.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
