Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst – Temporary to Permanent

Our Client is at the top of its game and now seeking a comps and benefits specialist to join the team, initially on a temporary basis but with a view to a permanent contract.
The Company has multiple locations based here in the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will be cataloguing all roles across the business, coding them, grading them and building up a full portfolio of every job, salary and benefits package not only in the UK but also in Europe
There will be 3 stages to this position that may get repeated per Country!
Step 1 – identify and catalogue every job title
Identify jobs that are the same but come under a number of different job titles
Ensuring that you see what is different between each job and does this show seniority of positions?
Step 2 – Grading the jobs
Identifying at what level the roles are and what salary is being paid
Logging the benefits that are associated with each of the roles
Step 3 –Coding the jobs
Taking each job and giving it a code to build a companywide picture of the jobs, salaries and associated benefits.
The position is offered on a temporary basis to start.
What else will you need to be successful?:
Working remotely, you will be used to working independently with minimum management and the drive to get the job done.
An excellent communicator who can build internal relationships and who is very well organised.
You will be project driven and managed similar projects and be prepared to replicate the role for different countries
Ideally speak another language particularly French or Hungarian but not a prerequisite of the role.
Excellent reporting ability with strong excel skills along with MS Office suite.
This temporary contract will be initially for around 12 months, at which point the aim is for the successful individual to join the company on a permanent contract hours to suit. Core hours are 37.5 hours a week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. However, as a Company they offer the right to request flexible hours as of day one of the assignment.
In return the position will be paying between £65,000 and £70,000 per annum – to attain the higher salary you will have successfully worked a similar project before in a multiple location company.
On top of salary you will be paid circa 25 days holiday plus the Bank Holidays with access to the pension plan after 12 weeks or from day one.
Your location can be anywhere in the UK or Europe as this is a 100% remote role
