I have 2 great opportunities based in Thetford and Norwich for an experienced Administrator to join my client in either of their offices. The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence, and own transport. Occasionally there may be some travel between the 2 offices (milage will be paid)
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Keeping on top of all office admin work, filing scanning, and keeping the office organized.
· Directing calls to the relevant people
· Keeping on top of stock and supplies.
· Post in and out
· Data entry
· New starter checks and induction paperwork
· Managing and keeping on track of all business documents
This role is very varied and has room for progression.
The successful candidate must:
· Have a UK driving License and own transport.
· Have UK office experience working with documentation.
· Be organized, can use own initiative, and manage time well.
· Good written and verbal communication
