My client is a global blue-chip heavily involved in IT projects. They are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the team focusing on both planning a transition of services for new contracts as well as coordinating Service Operations.
Responsibilities:
Service Transition -
- Training ownership of service systems
- Participation in Business Acceptance Testing
Service Desk ticket handling:
- Incident Management Triage, Assignment and Updating
- Service request assignment
- Ensuring SLAs are met
- Raising of incidents
Performance Reporting:
- In month monitoring of performance
- Preparation of performance reports
Experience
- Experience working in ITIL environment
- Knowledge and experience of data analytics and reporting
- Experience in incident management
- Stakeholder management
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week from home
