Customer Service Advisor

£28000 to £34,000 (DOE)
My client is a well know car dealership who are looking for a full-time sales executive to join their team in Cambridge.
Working a Monday to Friday and some weekend shifts you will get the opportunity to earn great bonuses and commission.
You must have experience working in a customer focused role, ideally within retail/automotive.
Key Responsibilities

o Answering phone calls
o Bookings - email, walk in
o Service History
o Email queries from service inbox.
o Guest list
o Pre calls
o Loan car handovers - checking fuel & cleanliness - adding to washboard & refuel.
o VHC follow up.
o Owning customer waiting areas upstairs & downstairs - hosting
o Provide an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
o Champion and maintain a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the departments clients are delivered upon.
o Ensure business practices are in place that make your area an "easy one to do business with".
o Liaise with all internal and external clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.
o Coordinate effectively as part of the Front of House Team and wider business network
o Recognise your role in integrating effectively with the departments within you centre and wider business network
o Ensure you respect direction and guidance provided through your reporting line.
o Effectively nurture relationships with your team.
o Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per the training, guidance and expectations given.
o Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
o Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
o Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team and ensure that the flow of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
o Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes.
o Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
