We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to work as part of the logistics team of a well established, busy and growing company in the Brighton area. You’ll be analytical and able to use your previous experience in Supply Chain, such as a Demand Planner, Inventory Analyst or Stock Control Analyst to forecast demand and supply for the business.
As a Supply Chain / Demand Planner your job duties will be:

All aspects of purchase order processing such as purchase order requisitions and managing stock levels

Monitoring and co-ordinating delivery times
-
Stock and Demand planning for peak times
-
Regular review of re-order levels / stockholding to minimise overstocks/shortages
-
Communicate long-term delays/out of stocks
-
Ensure supplier non-conformances are resolved
-
Ensure all sourcing activity is fully compliant with Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

General support of the Procurement Department
Skills & experience required:
-
Previous experience in Stock Analysis, Demand Planning, Supply Chain management or similar

Highly analytical
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Within a daily commutable distance of Brighton
