This is an exciting oportunity for a Trainee Accounts Administrator - Credit Controller Chelmsford
You will need your own transport due to the location
Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 40-minute paid break.
We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about accounts with a confident telephone manner to assist the Credit Controller
Assisted by the credit controller and accounts department you will assist with the collection of standard accounts receivable.
You will be:
Working with the Credit Controller to collect outstanding credit customer balances and assist the Credit Controller with monitoring the email inbox and action as required.
Making telephone calls to customers assist the Credit Controller with completing new customer, supplier application forms. Complete customer refund requests Process requests received from customers
Send out letters to customers
Check rejected emails and contact customer to obtain correct details.
Send out requested invoice copies. Assist the Finance Team Lead and / or Finance & HR Manager with Company administration.
General accounts and administration duties using Sage 200, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
We are looking for:
Grades 5 and above in English and Maths
Confident in using the telephone, making outbound calls and a professional telephone manner
Computer literacy
Any experience within a role which involved finance admin, accounts admin or numerical work would be an advantage
