Key Responsibilities:
Provide reception cover, meeting and greeting visitors and providing assistance
Prepare and maintain documentation related to export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for export documentation
Proof read documents and handle booking of couriers
Maintain and update internal databases and systems with relevant information
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members and providing excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing documentation
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
A positive and friendly attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a teamThe client offers a temporary contract with a start date of September 9th, 2024.
