2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
Glasgow/Onsite
£25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Resolve escalated technical issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving for IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking issues.
Collaborate with 1st line support engineers to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Document all support activities, solutions, and client interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
Contribute to the development and improvement of IT processes and procedures.Tech Stack:
