Position - Administrator
Salary - £24,000 - £28,000
Location - Glasgow City Centre
Working hours - 37.5 hours per week but flex within core working hours
Friday - 330pm finish
Office based during training then hybrid working 2 days at home/3 days in office
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. They are offering hybrid working, 2 days at home and 3 in the office and are flexible on working hours but standard hours are 37.5 per week. Please read below to find out more……
Daily tasks
- Being first point of contact for any clients/guest
- Be on hand to answer phone calls when needed
- Reception duties when needed
- Have the skills and admin abilities to multi task
- Be flexible to do more than one admin task at a time
- Support their already established fee earners with their busy admin work load
- Great attention to detail
- Happy to take ownership of tasks delegated to you
- Ask questions to upskill yourself
- Enjoy admin tasks and be inquisitive to find out more
- Good communication both verbal and written as dealing with all levels
- Vast array of tasks
- Some doc control work and processing warrant applications (training will be provided)
Essential skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Enjoy admin work
- Also happy to be first point of contact
