We are looking to recruit an Onsite Coordinator/ Senior Account Manager, based in Biggin Hill to provide support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

The responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager will involve:
-
Conduct JMC contractor and Global Worker inductions
-
Running through Global worker Induction Checklist
-
Organise contractor security and identification passes
-
Manage the attendance of all JMC contractor/ Global worker personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
-
Monitor Global worker Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms.

Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
-
Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
-
Help with contractor/ Global worker queries that are raised
-
Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
-
Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements

Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
-
Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
-
Processing Timesheets ( Site specific )/ assisting with MTR
-
Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
-
Monthly checks of JMC Global worker Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.

Monitor the Global workers uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basis

Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW’s ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.

Arranging Accommodation for workers

Meeting GEW’s when they arrive in Country/ take them to accommodation

Assist GEW’s in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
-
Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down time
-
Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager Handbook
-
Perform Right to Work Checks
-
Conduct GEW Exit Interviews
