Worcestershire County Council is excited to offer a temporary remote position for a Stage 1 Complaints Investigator for SEND Services. This contract role is set for an initial period of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
In this key position, you will:

Investigate and Respond to Complaints: Handle Stage 1 complaints related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Services, ensuring thorough investigations and timely responses.

Track and Report: Manage complaints through the Complaints Procedure and create detailed data analysis and performance reports.

Identify and Present Learning: Extract key qualitative insights and themes from complaints and support the dissemination of these findings.

Support Implementation: Work with SEND Services to implement improvements based on the learning from complaints.
What We’re Looking For:

Relevant experience in complaints handling, particularly within SEND or similar fields.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.
