You must be self motivated and be able to pick systems up quickly.
Main Duties:
Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
Data Entry
Support subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
General administration duties
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Strong administrative background
Data entry skills
Must be a quick learner
Must be able to driver due to location
Experience of working in a fast pace environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to operate specialist software
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good analytical skills and deadline driven
Deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills
