Are you an experienced HR Advisor generalist looking for a temporary assignment until the end of the year?

If so, we have just registered a fantastic assignment working with one of our excellent clients!
This is a full-time role – the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30pm
The placement starts as soon as possible. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the duration of the placement.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities
Advising Managers and Employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle (absence management, investigations, grievance, compliance, and employment law)
Generating employment contracts, letters, correspondence and templates
Assisting with recruitment, starters and leavers, employment checks, inductions, training, probation and performance reviews, flexible working requests etc.
Undertaking interviews with hiring managers
HR systems maintenance
Development of policies and procedures
Coordinating learning and development events

Temporary HR Advisor Requirements
Proven generalist experience at HR Advisor level
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Strong understanding of current employment law
Experience of HR systems – Hi Bob and Bamboo HR
Experience in early careers and talent development
Location
This position is based in offices in OX14. There is parking available on site
