PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Project Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based role the East and West Midlands.
Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation
Review progress, budget resources and forward planning
Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
Develop engineering solutions in order that a buildable cost-effective construction solution is delivered that fulfils the client's requirements
Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completedProject Manager Requirements
CSCS Managers Card
SMSTS
Experience working and delivering on Highways Projects
Management of Site Managers and Site Engineers
Excellent legal/contractual knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid driving licenceProject Manager Benefits
