Our client, a successful construction company work on newbuild construction projects, fit out and refurbishment working in the areas of London, the South East and home counties. There projects range between £1m £30m.
Due to their continued success, they are now looking to recruit a experienced Contracts Manager
Need to be capable of running 2-3 public sector projects as well as supporting tenders with ASTA program and qualitative input to bids
Ideal Criteria:

Experience with mixed use new build projects, fit and refurbishment a advantage

Current First Aid Certificate

SMSTS Certification (CITB) or equivalent

CSCS Card

Health & Safety Awareness Training

Motivate and lead operatives

Experience of running 2 or more contracts
