Your Profile:

Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.

System Savvy: Ability to adapt to bespoke systems (training provided).

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is a plus but not essential.

Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Language Skills: Strong command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a bonus).

Working Hours:

Shift Patterns: 8:00 – 4:00 or 9:00 – 5:00, Monday to Friday, with flexible options available.
