This is a full-time administrative position in the Clinical Service with Hackney Council.
The appointed candidate will be supporting a team of 7 practitioners within a team that support relationship breakdowns and crisis for children on the edge of care.
Key Accountabilities:

To provide comprehensive and professional administrative support within Children and Families, ensuring that systems meet procedural requirements and that all work undertaken is produced to a consistently high standards.

Ensure that all documents files, and electronic records are securely stored and handled in line with confidentiality protocols.

Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, offering relevant information and resolving queries where possible, or directing them to the appropriate person

Arrange, coordinate, and minute meetings as required,distributing papers to all relevant parties.

To manage office stationery stock and equipment, ordering items as necessary, ensuring that staff have access to that which they need.

To maintain,order and purchase all office supplies and equipment for the team/service area ensuring that sufficient stock is available at all times.

To undertake training and constructively participate in meetings, supervision, seminars and other events designed to improve communication and assist with the effective development of the post and post holder.
Person Specification:

Experience of working in an administration role. (Essential)

Experience in successfully managing a variety of projects simultaneously and achieving targets. (Essential)

Demonstrated understanding of key administration requirements of a busy office environment. (Essential)

Computer competent, and the skills necessary to work with information management systems, producing good quality data in a variety of formats. (Essential)

Experience of working within a local authority setting. (Desirable)
